How to Win:

  • Spend a minimum of RM5,000 on BAAGUS's Custom Made Curtains or All About's Furniture & Apparel on a single receipt separately and any combination of receipt from different company or purchase amount on a separate receipt is not allowed.
  • Net sales amount shall be after discounted price and before GST being imposed.
  • The aforesaid every RM5,000 spent is entitled to One(1) lucky draw chance.
  • 100% full payment must be made on the same day after the tax invoice is issued.
  • All prices are subjected to 6% GST.
  • Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at own discretion without further notice.

Winner Announcement and Notification:
  • Winner will be selected through lucky draw conducted by both BAAGUS (Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd) under the presence of Bagus's appointed lawyer

  • Participant(s) would be required to produce the following documents for verification upon registering on the aforesaid date/or collecting his/her lucky draw prize:
        1. Original Tax Invoice(s)
        2. NRIC of participant (name shall be the same as indicated on Tax Invoice)
  • The award of prize(s) is subject to the verification of the documents, to the full and final satisfaction of Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd 
  • The company reserves its rights and liberty to conduct the manner of the lucky draw at own discretion. Further information will be announced upon the lucky drawing date.
  • It is hereby expressly provided that in the event the Company is unable to provide the lucky draw prize as stated in the promotional material worth of RM188,888 before/on the draw date due to any circumstances or factors beyond the control of Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd & Bagus Home Sdn Bhd, any extra costs incurred shall be borned by the prize winner.
  • The prize excludes the Certificate of Entitlement, insurance policy subscription and premium, road tax, radio license, in-vehicle unit which the winner would have to beart ogether with any other incidental costs which is not specifically stated herein.
  • Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd / Bagus Home Sdn Bhd / friends / family / associates / partners / agents or any of the representative shall not bear any responsibility or liability or risk on the lucky draw prize after the prize winner obtained, took and/or accepted the physical possession of the vehicle notwithstanding any incompliance of authorities’ regulations. Winner shall take full and final responsibility after obtained and/or accepted the physical possession of the vehicle. 
  • All About's Furniture & Apparel (Bagus Home Sdn Bhd) has also authorised BAAGUS (Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd) to conduct and manage the lucky draw.
  • Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd reserves the right and liberty to amend the Terms & Conditions at own discretion without giving further notice or reason, and without any liability to such participant or winner.
Disqualification
  • In the event of any amendment or cancellation of purchase order whereby the final tax invoice, excluding 6%GST, amount is less than RM5,000.00 of BAAGUS’s Custom Made Curtains or All About’s Furniture & Apparel, it shall be deemed as disqualified entry(ies)and the participant is not allowed to participate in such lucky draw event in any manner whatsoever.
  • White Car Wrap All the personal details provided must be accurate and are subjected to verification upon the request of Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd. Failure to do so or any non-cooperation will automatically render or cause the lucky draw entry or entitlement be disqualified notwithstanding the participant has purchased BAAGUS's Custom Made Curtains or All About's Furniture & Apparel for the aforesaid amount of RM5,000.00.
  • Final payment made after the duration of the contest would be automatically deemed as disqualified entry and/or entitlement.
  • Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd reserves the right and liberty to amend the Terms & Conditions at own discretion without giving further notice or reason, and without any liability to such participant or winner.
